EXPANSION ITEMS DELETIONS TO AGENDA
NEW BUSINESS - Any member of the public may address any item under New Business (3 minutes each). Is there anyone who wishes to address any item under New Business?
D.Consider the following: 1) Approve Fire Rescue to piggyback off of the Lake County, Florida Contract, #17-0606L, with Ten-8 Fire Equipment for MSA Air Packs and Bottles; 2) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3115 with Ten-8 Fire Equipment in the amount of $879,056.35 for MSA Air Packs and Bottles.
E.Set a Public Hearing for February 14, 2022 to consider revisions to Ordinance 99-17 Roadway and Drainage Standards.
F.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the resolution approving the FDOT Local Agency Program Agreement for the construction and CEI project management of safety improvements on River Road from CR 121 to US 1, Contract No. CM3117.
G.Consider the following: 1) Approve the purchase of a 3,175 square foot corner clip of parcel #42-2N-27-0000-0001-0220 in the amount of $9,557 from James Taylor and include two driveways to be installed on the remainder of parcel #42-2N-27-0000-0001-0220; 2) Authorize payment of $5,144.04 for Statutory Attorney fees; 3) Authorize $11,548.75 for appraisal fees; 4) Authorize the County Attorney to proceed with closing.
H.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution which prohibits thru trucks on Thomas Creek Road, Acree Road, and Ratliff Road.
I.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the resolution approving the Local Agency Program Agreement, Contract No. CM 3118, with FDOT for the construction and CEI project management for safety improvements on CR 108 from CR 115 (Bay Road) to CR 121A (Middle Road).
J.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the resolution approving the Local Agency Program Agreement, Contract No. CM3119, for the construction and CEI project management of sidewalk improvements on Citrona Drive from Hickory Street to Beech Street.
K.

Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Woodbridge Estates development, Contract No. CM3103, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District and Kennard and Company.

L.Discuss topics for the Joint Meeting with the School Board taking place on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
M.Authorize County staff to move forward with the proposed “land swap” of eight acres owned by the School Board near the Yulee Middle/High Schools and County owned property of 12.248 acres in the Nassauville area near Amelia Concourse, subject to School Board approval.
N.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the FY2021-2022 Not-for-Profit Funding Agreement, Contract No. CM3095, with the Nassau County Economic Development Board, in the amount of $150,000.
O.Approve the Partial Release of Retainage to SGS Contracting Services, Inc. in the amount of $40,205 for the Nassau Amelia Utilities Wastewater Treatment Facility, Contract No. CM2619.
P.Authorize staff to negotiate a contract with PQH Group for Board consideration.
Q.Appoint Commissioner to serve on the Tourist Development Council and Appoint a Tourist Development Council Chairman.
PUBLIC HEARINGS – The following matters under consideration are legislative matters, and the Non-Quasi Judicial Procedures will be utilized for the following: County Attorney to read the procedures.
R.Public Hearing on Ordinance Amending Section 3.04 - Administration, Planning and Zoning Board

S.Approve and Authorize the Chairman to Execute the First Amendment to Interlocal  Agreement Regarding Veterans' Suicide Prevention (Northeast Florida Fire Watch Council)
