K.Approve a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, amending the Nassau County Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)/504 Transition Plan, designating Public Works Director, Doug Podiak, as the ADA Coordinator.

L.Authorize staff to solicit resumes to fill the vacancy for (1) member with a background in Engineering/Architecture, for the current term ending 6/01/2023.
M.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution authorizing the execution of the agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation and the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida regarding the design, inspection, and construction if repairs including resurfacing of the southern most portion of CR121.
N.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution amending Resolution 2021-058 adopted on April 26, 2021, to include the revised LHAP for State Fiscal Years 20/21, 21/22, 22/23.
O.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution adopting the Interim Strategic Plan.

Consider re-appointment of the following members to the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals for the period of June 1, 2022 - June 1, 2024: Michael J. Vatter (Fire Related), Ron V. Flick (General), John P. Stack (Occupational), and Jonathan Cantrell (Occupational).
