C.Approve and authorize Finance Package 2022-15 and associated Resolutions
D.Approval of the final plat for Lot 101 Ocean Breeze at Amelia subdivision, filed by Jennifer Spitznagel, owner, and All American Surveyors of Florida, Inc, agent for owner, to replat Lot 101 to remove the 15-foot maintenance/drainage easement from Lot 101.  HOA approval has been received.

E.Review and Approve the Capital Assessment Preliminary Rate Resolution for the SAISS-MSBU
F.Review and Approve the Maintenance Assessment Preliminary Rate Resolution for the SAISS-MSBU
ADJOURN AS THE SAISS MSBU GOVERNING BOARD AND CONVENE AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS(BY MOTION).

G.Discuss and approve projects in the 2022/2023 - 2026/2027 Capital Improvement Plan.
H.Consider the following: 1) Award Invitation to Bid (ITB) NC22-015 for Derelict Vessel Removal to TSI Disaster Recovery, LLC in the amount of $77,500; 2) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3192 with TSI Disaster Recovery, LLC for the removal of four (4) derelict vessels.
I.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Contract CM2798-A1 with Sea Bandit Construction, an increase of $57,015.00 for additional park cleaning locations through 2/28/2023, total contract amount  $121,515.
J.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3196 with GameTime c/o Dominica Recreation Products, Inc. for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at Hilliard Ballpark 
K.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3195 with the Northeast Florida Regional Council for the Management of the County's Small Quantity Generators (SQG) of Hazardous Waste Program. 
L.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance Grant (EMPA) between Nassau County and the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, Contract No. CM3194.
M.Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign the Equal Employment Opportunity Certification Form to comply with requirements for the JAG Grant.
N.Staff recommends the Board reject proposals for the construction of Citrona Drive Pedestrian Improvements (NC22-013) and authorize staff to rebid the project.
O.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support to the Natural Resources Conservation Service for planning assistance for Preliminary Investigative Feasibility Reports, under Public Law project program, in Nassau County, Florida.
P.Consider request to set a Public Hearing for consideration of an Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, creating Chapter 1, Article 1. - In General, Section 1-3 - Expenditure of funds for County sponsored events; allowing for the valid and proper purpose for expenditure of County funds; establishing criteria; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. Staff recommends August 11, 2022.
Q.Consider Reduction of Lien Application - Case 04/06-445, Mozella J. Brown Estate, C/O Rhonda Register, 86018 Clyde Street, Yulee. Staff recommends reducing the fine to the administrative costs of $352.06.
APPOINTMENTS
R.Consider a Resolution amending Resolution No. 2017-99, which names the members of the Nassau County Essential Housing Advisory Committee, to add new members of the committee. Staff recommends the appointment of Stan Stapleton, Justin Taylor, Bill Bright and Thomas Waters to a two-year term beginning July 11, 2022.
