RESOLUTION(S)
D.Approve a Resolution proclaiming the week of July 30 through August 6, 2022 as Gullah/Geechee Nation Week in Nassau County, Florida.
CONSENT ITEMS – If any board member wishes to move a Consent Item to New Business, please do so now. Does any member of the public want to speak on a Consent Item?
E.Approval of the final plat for Concourse Crossing Phase 2, filed by Century Communities of Florida, LLC, owner, and Clary & Associates, agent, for 247 attached (townhomes) and single-family detached dwellings.  The property, zoned PUD with a future land use of medium density, is located two miles south of State Road 200/A1A at the corner of Old Nassauville Road and Amelia Concourse.

F.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Certificate of Participation with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Countywide Program and the 51% letter of participation that is due to the Office of Criminal Justice by August 19, 2021.
G.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM1721-A3 with the City of Fernandina Beach, for Ocean Rescue Services for a $66,000 increase for operating and personnel cost, $201,000 total annually.
H.Authorize the Fire Chief to request additional orders of Naxolone, as needed, through the Florida Department of Health-Emergency Medical Services HEROS grant program.  Such reorder requests shall not exceed 600 doses per order or $10,000.  All requests shall be funded through the HEROS grant with no costs incurred by the County.  Reporting of such grant requests and acceptance of award will be included in future finance packages as required.
I.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3199 with the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce for Tourist Development Council Collateral Distribution, in the amount of $30,000 annually for up to three (3) years (not-to-exceed $90,000 total).
J.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM2576-A3, the Third Amendment to the Contract with Purvis Gray & Company, LLP, for Professional Auditing Services for Nassau County, FL.
K.Consider Reduction of Lien Application - Case 04/06-445, Mozella J. Brown Estate, C/O Rhonda Register, 86018 Clyde Street, Yulee.
APPOINTMENTS
L.Consider nominating Commissioner John Martin to represent District 4 (Nassau and Duval Counties) on the Florida Association of Counties (FAC) District Board of Directors.  (FAC will hold a caucus meeting on August 4, 2022 to identify a District 4 Director.)
