CONSENT ITEMS – If any board member wishes to move a Consent Item to New Business, please do so now. Does any member of the public want to speak on a Consent Item?
B.Consider appointment of Wynn Fendig as the District 2 At-Large Representative on the Planning and Zoning Board, to a term beginning March 13, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
C.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution authorizing the execution of a State-Funded Grant Agreement, Contract No. CM3337, with the State of Florida Department of Transportation,, and associated budget amendment, regarding the design, construction, and construction engineering inspection of resurfacing and improvements to CR 121 from CR 119 to US 1. 
D.Consider the following: Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3348, with Freedom Landscape and Lawn Maintenance, Inc., for Amelia Island Mowing Services, Amelia Island Parkway Mowing Services, and High Pedestrian Areas Mowing Services; Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3346, with Eagle Lawn Care of NE Florida, for Amelia Concourse Landscape Maintenance Mowing Services.
E.Award Invitation to Bid NC22-038R to Liberty Trucking, LLC, and approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3323, with Liberty Trucking, LLC, for delivery of limerock materials, in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.
F.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a resolution approving the State Funded Grant Agreement, with the Florida Department of Transportation, Contract No. CM3349, for the intersection improvements to US 301 and Crawford Road. 
ADJOURN AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISISONERS AND CONVENE AS THE AMERICAN BEACH WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT
G.Authorize staff to solicit applications to fill vacancies on the American Beach Water and Sewer District Advisory Board.
ADJOURN AS THE AMERICAN BEACH WATER & SEWER DISTRICT AND CONVENE AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

H.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Land Swap Agreement, and any associated documents, with the School Board of Nassau County for the William Burgess Extension and Nassauville School site land swap.
I.Appoint a Municipal Representative to the Northeast Florida Regional Council.  Nominations include: City of Fernandina Beach-David Sturges; Town of Callahan-Ashton Bishop-Vargas; Town of Hilliard-Dallis Hunter.
LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC HEARINGS – The following matters under consideration are legislative matters, and the Non-Quasi-Judicial Procedures will be utilized for the following: County Attorney to read the procedures.
J.CPA22-010, an amendment to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM), is being continued and re-advertised for the March 27, 2023 Board of County Commissioner's meeting.  Application filed by D & H Homes LLC, Owner and Planning Department/Teresa Prince, Agents. District 1.
COUNTY MANAGER’S BUSINESS – Any business to come before the Board.
COUNTY ATTORNEY’S BUSINESS – Any business to come before the Board.
COUNTY COMMISSION ITEMS – Any business to come before the Board.
