For recording purposes only, consider the final plat for McCully Forest filed by TerraPointe, LLC,owner, and Raydient, Inc., agent for owner, to construct seven, (7) single family lots on approximately 35.80 acres. Property is zoned as Open Rural (OR) and is located off River Road, between Broomsage Preserve Road and Hurst Drive, west of Callahan. Staff recommends approval.

For recording purposes only, consider the final plat for Cashen Farms filed by TerraPointe, LLC, owner, and Rayonier, agent for owner, to construct six (6) single family lots on approximately 17.84 acres. Property is zoned as Open Rural (OR) and is located off Middle Road, one mile south of River Road, east of Hilliard. Staff recommends approval.

E.For recording purposes only, consider the final plat for Wildlight Phase 1a filed by TerraPoint, LLC/Wildlight, LLC, owner, and Gillette & Associates, Inc., agent for owner, to construct commercial tracts, multi-use and multi-family tracts, amounting to 34.07 acres of land, and 84 single family homes, about one (1) mile east of I-95, north of SR 200/A1A, within the Market Street PDP. Staff recommends approval.
F.Consideration of authorization to grant an Easement to Bellsouth Telecommunications, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, d/b/a AT&T Florida, for a 10' x 20' easement on First Coast Highway in order that they may add additional equipment due to service demands; and authorization for the Chairman to execute the Easement on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
PUBLIC HEARINGS - The following matters under consideration are legislative matters, and the Non-Quasi Judicial Procedures will be utilized for the following:
G.Consider an Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, amending Ordinance No. 2004-58, as amended, known as the Animal Control Ordinance; specifically amending Section 12, Investigation and Enforcement; Section 13, Interference with Authorities; and Section 14, Animal Care and Animal Cruelty; providing for severability; providing an effective date.
H.Consideration of the proposed Mediated Settlement Agreement, pursuant to Section 70.51, Florida Statutes, in the matter of Red Dirt Ridge, LLC, Albert L. Higginbotham and Shari T. Graham, Petitioners, v. Nassau County, Florida, Respondent; and if approved authorize the Chairman to sign the Mediated Settlement Agreement, Contract No. CM 2426.
