H.Discussion related to modifying the date on which a Lot-of-Record is defined. This item is for discussion only. Staff is seeking direction prior to commencing further efforts related to the matter. If viewed favorably by the PZB staff will bring this item back as part of a larger update.

Staff is seeking direction form the PZB related to a proposed PUD allowing for the Marsh View condominium development to transition to a townhome community despite not meeting the ideal minimum size of ten(10) acres.
