B.Approve a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, proclaiming April 2018 as Water Conservation Month.

C.Terry Cotter, Deputy Building Official re: monthly status update on Building Department and Code Enforcement activities.
D.Dean Woerhle, St. Marys River Management Committee re: 2017 Annual Report.

E.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Trim All Lawn Service, Inc., Contract No. CM2130-A2, modifying the Scope of Work for the Amelia Concourse Landscape Maintenance. Funding Source: 47453539-546000.
F.Approve Finance Package 2018-14 and associated Resolutions.
G.Approve the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee's recommendation on the incentive strategies outlined in the Local Housing Assistance Plan.

H.Continue discussion regarding estimated costs and timeframe for a study regarding dedicated funding for Fire/Rescue and Law Enforcement.

I.

Discuss/consider changes to the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) adopted October 9, 2017; and set a public hearing date of April 9, 2018 to consider a resolution adopting the Mid Year Five Year Capital Improvement Plan FY2017/2018-2021/2022.

J.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Contract No. CM2287-WA01, for additional scope and fees needed to replace a 36" cross drainage at Ocean Breeze in conjunction with the South 14th Street Resurfacing from Sadler Road to Amelia Parkway; and authorize the Chairman associated Budget Transfer. Funding Source: 63470541-563365 S14R.
