E.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Library's Annual Plan of Service, as required for the State Aid to Libraries Grant.
F.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with MFB Financial, Inc., dba The Bailey Group, Contract No. CM2328-A2, for Broker Services for the period of January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. Funding Source: 01122513-534000.

G.Continue discussion regarding relocation of Bailey Road Recycling Site. 
H.Continue discussion of forming a Beach Community Group to hold public meetings for review of current beach related Ordinances to see if any need to be updated and/or amended.
I.Continue discussion regarding the Stewardship District and House Bill 1075.

J.Discussion of citizen concerns related to Pinegrove Road and Duval Road.
K.Discussion of Wake Zones and Boating Restricted Areas within Nassau County.
L.Discuss/receive Board direction regarding Orange Trail Avenue and a trail connection at Summer Woods.
M.Approve and authorize staff to submit the 2018/2019 Off-System Highway Safety Improvement Grant Application to Florida Department of Transportation for roadway safety improvements on South 14th Street and Sadler Road.
N.Authorize staff to begin discussions/negotiations with land owner for additional Right of Way (ROW) for property at Chester Road and Courtney Isles Way and along Chester Road.
O.Consider approval for the County Extension to construct a living shoreline along 300 feet of shoreline at Goffinsville Park, pursuant to the approved Submerged Lands and Environmental Resources Program permit from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
APPOINTMENTS
P.Appointment of a County Commissioner to the FAC Board of Directors to replace George Spicer for a term ending June 2020.
Q.Appoint a County Commissioner to serve as Nassau County's representative on the St. Marys River Management Committee.
