A.Approve a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, welcoming Nassau Pride as the County's first American Basketball Association League Team in Nassau County and extending best wishes on their opening season.

D.Approve a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, relating to the South Amelia Island Shore Stabilization Maintenance Assessment Area; providing authority and definitions; confirming the Preliminary Rate Resolution; approving the Maintenance Assessment Roll; providing for the reimposition of the Maintenance Assessments; providing for collection of the Assessments, pursuant to the Uniform Assessment Collection Act; providing for the effect of this Resolution; providing severability and an effective date.

Consider FD19-003, the Final Development Plan for Phase One Orange Avenue Path, a 10’-wide multi-use trail extending from the Enclave at Summer Beach to Amelia Island Parkway within the Summer Beach PUD. (Staff requests a continuance of this item to September 23, 2019).
