RESOLUTION(S)
A.Approve a Resolution of the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners supporting Project Citrine Economic Development Concept and encouraging further discussion regarding siting of Project Citrine in Nassau County.
PRESENTATIONS – Time limit is fifteen (15) minutes
B.County Manager, Mike Mullin re: recognition of Board employees for years of service.
C.Rebecca Jordi, Extension Director re: monthly status update on County Extension activities.
CONSENT ITEMS – If any board member wishes to move a Consent Item to New Business, please do so now. Does any member of the public want to speak on a Consent Item?
D.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Solid Waste Haulers Permit for Advanced Disposal Services.
E.Approve a Resolution making technical revisions to the Local Housing Assistance Plan for FY 18/19, FY 19/20 and FY 20/21, amending Section II B, E, 6, Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation and Section II F, E, 1, Demolition/Reconstruction, to add language recommended by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
F.Review and approve amended County Attorney Employment contract, Exhibit "A", Duties of the County Attorney, to include the addition of #11 - "Responsible for developing a succession plan for the County Attorney position."

G.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Solid Waste Haulers Permit for My Dumpster Guy, LLC.
H.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Sold Waste Haulers Permit for Waste Masters, Inc.
I.Continue discussion regarding the Stewardship District and House Bill 1075.
J.Continue discussion on the status of paving, design and right-of-way acquisition of Crawford Road.
K.Continue consideration of a Resolution setting the time and place for public hearing on the closing, vacating, and abandoning of those certain rights of ways or the renouncing and disclaiming of any right or interest of said Nassau County, Florida, and the public in said rights of way or alleys. (Cheshire Place)

L.Discussion regarding Condemnation Powers of the County and Utilization of said Condemnation Powers
