I.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Certificate Regarding Matching Funds for the FY 2018-2019 Federal Election Activities Grant; and authorize the Chairman to sign associated Budget Amendment/Resolution. (Grant Award: $13,175.86. Grant Match: $1,718.59) Funding Source: 1S061513-552000.

R.Award Bid No. NC19-008 to Tim Prep, Inc., for the delivery of crush crete; and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM2687. Funding Source: 03404541-553010.
S.Consider the following: 1) award Bid No. NC19-013 to the Dunmar Group, in the amount of $199,728, for the Dornbush Outfall Project; 2) authorize the Chairman to sign associated Requisition; and 3) authorize the Road & Bridge Director to issue the Notice to Proceed contingent upon receipt of the required bonds and insurance. Funding Source: 03402541-546510 DORNB.
T.Consider the following: 1) award Bid No. NC19-004 to Hubbard Construction, in the amount of $1,171,278.19, for the Chester Road Resurfacing Project; 2) authorize the Chairman to execute Notice of Award and the Agreement with Hubbard Construction, Contract No. CM2681; and 3) authorize the County Engineer to issue the Notice to Proceed contingent upon receipt of the requirement Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Certificate of Insurance.
