F.Consider the following: 1) approve the State Aid to Libraries Grant Application and authorize the Library to submit it electronically on behalf of the Chairman; and 2) authorize the Chairman to sign the Certification of Hours and the agreement with the State of Florida, Division of Library and Information Services, Contract No. CM2726.
G.Approve Finance Package 2019-28 and associated Resolutions.

L.Continue discussion regarding the Stewardship District and House Bill 1075.
M.Discussion on the status of paving, design and right-of-way acquisition of Crawford Road.

N.Accept roadways and associated infrastructure within Flora Parke, Phases 6A and 7A, for County maintenance.
O.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign an Access and Utility Easement Agreement, Contract No. CM2722, for relocation of Okefenokee Utilities due tot he Crawford Road Resurfacing and Widening Project.
P.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Budget Amendment for $5,194 for unanticipated revenues for interest earned by the Anti-Drug Enforcement Grant Fund and sale of assets seized by law enforcement.
Q.Discussion of County Attorney's annual performance evaluation.
R.Discussion of the November 11 and November 25, 2019 meeting dates.
S.Set Workshop for Monday, October 28, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss Parks Operation and Maintenance.
T.Set October Workshop on Land Conservation Acquisition and Management Program.
