EXPANSION ITEMS DELETIONS TO AGENDA

A.Authorize use of $2,500 from the Crime Prevention Trust Fund to be donated to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Nassau County, Florida, to be used for mentoring at-risk youth. Funding Source: 01031521-549036 CRMPV.
B.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the FY19-20 Consolidated Small County Solid Waste Agreement, Contract No. CM2720, in the amount of $90,909.
C.Approve updates to the Employee Policies and Procedures, Section 6.01, Holidays Observed.
D.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Florida Resilient Coastlines Program (FRCP) Resilience Planning Grant Program Agreement with the State of Florida, Department of Environmental Protection, for grant funds totaling $40,000 to be used for Phase II of the Vulnerability Assessment. (Contract No. CM2719)
E.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a letter celebrating the 5 Year Anniversary of the American Beach Museum.
F.Approve Board Minutes from the Regular Sessions held on July 8 and July 22, 2019; the Regular and Closed Sessions held on July 17, 2019; the Special Sessions held on July 15 and July 25, 2019; and the Workshop Session held on July 29, 2019.

G.Discuss/identify the County's top three Legislative Priorities to be considered during the 2020 Legislative Session.
H.Continue discussion regarding the Stewardship District and House Bill 1075.
I.Discussion on the status of paving, design and right-of-way acquisition of Crawford Road.

J.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign corrected cover page for the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation, Contract No. CM2302-A4, approved at the August 12, 2019 meeting.
K.Discuss/receive Board direction regarding a request from JEA for open road cut on Amelia Concourse.
L.Consider request to not apply for the 2012 County held Tax Certificates expiring and the 2017 County held Tax Certificates with values less than $5,000.
