For recording purposes only, consider approval of the final plat for Barnwell Manor Phase Two, filed by  AVH North Florida, LLC, owner, and Clary and Associates, agent for owner, to divide 40.74 acres into 67 single-family lots and an amenity center. Property is zoned Residential Single Family-1 with a with a Future Land Use Map designation of Low Density Residential. Property is located on the east side of Barnwell Road just north of the CSX Railroad. Staff recommends approval.

H.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Task Order No. 38 for Olsen Associates, Inc., to provide 2020 Year-9 Physical Monitoring of the Engineered Beach Renourishment Project. Funding Source: 43600539 531383.

P.Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Service Agreement with Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, Contract No. CM2849, for internet access at the Fernandina Beach, Callahan, Hilliard and Yulee Library Branches.
