F.Approve and authorize Finance Package 2021-19 and associated Resolutions. 
G.Approval for the final replat for East Nassau - Wildlight Phase 1c-1, filed by Wildlight, LLC, owner, Greg Jones, agent for owner, to replat townhome lots into single family lots within the original 50-acre parcel.  Phase 1c-1 is located in the Tract H residential, Market Street Preliminary Development within the East Nassau Community Planning Area (ENCPA).

H.Consider a Resolution of the American Beach Water and Sewer District related to the construction and funding of the water and sewer expansion projects within the American Beach Water and Sewer District.

Adopt Resolution in Support of the South Amelia Island Shore Stabilization Project and Agree to continue serving as sponsor of the project and agrees to provide the local cost share through the South Amelia Island Shore Stabilization Municipal Service Benefit Unit

J.Authorize the County Manager to sign the Local Government Funding Request (SAISSA)

K.Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM1143-A17, with Mark Anderson Governmental Consulting, in the amount of $75,000.00 annually for a period of four (4) years.
L.

Authorize the Chairman to sign the attached Resolution and direct the Road and Bridge Department to install appropriate golf cart signs on Sunowa Springs Trail as determined by the Engineering Services Department.

M.Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support for the Northeast Florida Fair Association's Agriculture Education and Promotional Facility Application for funding and consider associated Resolution.
N.

Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Sandy Bluff PUD development, Contract No. CM3022, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District and J. Howard Sheffield as Manager of the WFS Family Trust LLC.

O.Set Joint Meeting with the Board of County Commissioners and Nassau County School Board for January 25, 2022 at 6:00 PM to be held at the James S. Page Governmental Complex.
PUBLIC HEARINGS – The following matters under consideration are Quasi Judicial matters, and the Quasi Judicial Procedures will be utilized for the following: County Attorney to read the procedures.
P.

Consider PUD21-002, the rezoning of approximately 53.88 acres located on the north side of Roses Bluff Road, between Brooker Road and Haven Road from Open Rural (OR) to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to be known as "Sandy Bluff". Application filed by WFS Family Trust, LLC, owners; and Sandy Bluff Development Corp, agent. District 3.

COUNTY MANAGER’S BUSINESS – Any business to come before the Board.
COUNTY ATTORNEY’S BUSINESS – Any business to come before the Board.
Q.Consider a Resolution authorizing Nassau County to join the State of Florida and other local governmental units as a participant in the Florida Memorandum of Understanding and Formal Agreement Implementing a Unified Plan. (Opioid Litigation)
